Audita 1.4: absolute SPL from a UMIK-1 serial number

miniDSP publishes a calibration file per serial number, and a UMIK-1 has fixed internal gain, so its sensitivity figure is a stable claim about level. Type the serial and the calibration is done. Includes the 30 dB detour that got the conversion right.
